Who are you?

My name is Busy Mom. I'm usually found here at Busymom.net. I'm am 42 years old, and, have been married to Busy Dad for 16 years. We have 3 children: Busy Girl (12), Busy Boy (10) and The Preschooler Formerly Known as Busy Baby (4).






So, what is this?

Sometimes nice people send me cool stuff to review and post about on my blog. Sometime, I just like to tell you about something I saw in the store or something I tried and liked. Sometimes, that's not cool with my existing advertising contract at Busymom.net. So, I made a separate site to tell you about this kind of stuff, or, product reviews.

Are you paid to write positive reviews?

No, I've never accepted anything in return for writing a positive review. I review 'em as I see 'em, and, no one has ever asked me to write only positive things.

What do you review?

Usually, I review products that people have sent me to try. I don't accept things that aren't of interest to me, or, aren't potentially of interest to my readers. Sometimes, I am asked if I will make an announcement about a site, or, a contest or something. I only do that if I like it.

Other times, I might tell you about something I found at Target that rocks.

But, it is arbitrary, I suppose. I review stuff I like or stuff that catches my attention. I am, however, pretty easily entertained.

How do I know if you've been compensated in some way when you write these reviews?

I try to indicate in the review that I've received something for free, but, if there's any doubt, just ask me.

Occasionally, I will use affiliate links when posting about a product. Again, if it's unclear, just ask me.

So, if you like it, then it's guaranteed that I will, too?
